  The worst experience I have ever had. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude and refused to provide her name or employee number. I requested to speak to a manger or supervisor and also refused. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

  Horrible, rude, unprofessional service!!!!!!!!! Misdiagnosed the problem, then admitted that they forgot to order the part when we called to check with them because we never heard back from them. Then they finally scheduled an appointment well over a month after the part came in because of the holidays, they claimed. When the part finally arrived, and they scheduled a follow up appointment, they called to cancel the appointment the morning of the scheduled appointment! When I called to verify the new appointment, the woman was rude and upset that I wanted to confirm the new appointment and asked who would be coming out to the house, for safety reasons, so she got really upset for asking normal questions and cancelled the service and hung up the phone. She was so rude, and we had to call the warranty company to file a claim against them and request a new company to come out to service our appliance. This took almost 3 months. Do not pay for Sears Complete Home Warranty service and do not deal with Pope's Appliance. Read Pope's Yelp Reviews, it gets even worse. Everything that people say is true. I wish I would've looked up that information before they were hired. I would have never done business with them!
